Liability waiver.

I grant Alpine Aviation LLC, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs and videos of me and my property in connection with Alpine Aviation tours and flight services, and to use those photographs and videos for promotional purposes. I acknowledge that helicopter flight involves inherent risk, and I release Alpine Aviation LLC from liability for injury or loss arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence.
